RivaNET offers the following support services:

Remote Support

Remote support is avaliable via the telephone or remote dial-in uplink, and can be provided in the following options:

Option 1:
Standard 'Business Hours' Support
(08:00 - 17:00 | Monday - Friday)
Option 2:
'Pay-Per-Use' Support
(Charged on a pay-per-use basis, rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes)


On-Site Support

In the event that a support issue cannot be resolved remotely, a RivaNET engineer can be dispatched to site (chargeable on an hourly basis).

RivaNET has a number of field engineers located around the UK, enabling for fast response times.


Additional support services are also available to stabilise such expenditure on an ongoing basis, by enabling a set number of hours to be booked in advance to carry out 'hit-list items' at discounted rates.
